During these difficult moments of uncertainty, our hearts reach out to all of our travelers, as well as our trusted partners and suppliers.
Cascada Expediciones has been offering extraordinary travel opportunities since 1991 while encouraging a deep connection with nature, promoting an active lifestyle and providing unique cultural experiences. Through life’s many ups and downs, we have always stayed true to our mission, values and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. We will continue to do this as we remain optimistic about the future of travel and the many benefits it brings.
For now, we must continue listening to the world’s leading health experts and making smart decisions that protect ourselves, our families and communities. But at the same time, remember that COVID-19 will not be around forever. So don’t stop dreaming! We encourage you to continue planning your future trips with full confidence. Here at Cascada, we are allowing flexible booking policies to be put in place to protect our travelers during this time. Our team is here for you every step of the way, ready to answer your questions and help design your next big adventure. Our Flexible Policies
We can’t wait to get our travelers moving again. But to provide maximum safety and security, we are closely monitoring all rules and regulations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities.
As of now, we hope to reopen our hotel EcoCamp Patagonia and offer the rest of our Cascada tours once the restrictions are lifted.
If a traveler is unable to travel due to COVID-19, rest assured that our trips can easily be rescheduled. Our team is always available to answer your questions and assist with any issues that may arise. Just shoot us a message at: reservations@cascada.travel.
